Rap Rising: Big Sean Drops His Anticipated Collaboration With The Alchemist

Big Sean and The Alchemist have finally released their highly-anticipated collaboration.

On Friday, August 16, the Detroit rapper dropped his new song "Together Forever" featuring The Alchemist. The smooth banger has Sean Don flowing effortlessly over Al's impeccable production. His song also seemingly features an adlib from Sean's son Noah who adorably says "together." In the second verse, Sean seemingly includes a subtle Drake mention with a slick line inspired by his For All The Dogs album.

"Kick down the door and I made me a master key/For all the dawgs that's comin' in after me," Sean spits. "I'm with The Alchemist, cookin' up alchemy/Started the new school, you boys just my faculty."

In addition to the long-awaited record, Sean and Al teamed up for the official music video. The duo performs their song and even teases another collaboration at the end. This is the second major collaboration Big Sean and The Alchemist have dropped within the past year. They previously linked up for Larry June's "Palisades CA" last year. Their new song is set to appear on Sean's upcoming album Better Me Than You. He teased the track a few weeks ago after a troll reportedly leaked parts of his new LP.
